The Freshers Takeover in Birmingham kicks off on Monday 11th September with The Big Neon UV Rave! Digbeth’s famous The Rainbow will be illuminated with thousands of LED sticks and foam batons.
This is the perfect place to kick off your uni experience and be part of an experience like no other!

One of the UK’s biggest freshers events is coming to Digbeth for 2023! The Big Freshers Lockdown, in association with boohooMAN, invites University of Birmingham students for Radio 1XTRA and Parklife DJs, boohooMAN giveaways, celebrity guest appearances, co2 blasters, confetti storms, laser LED light shows and so much more TBA!
