If you love chicken, you’re in cluck, as the brand new Chicken Fest, hosted by Seasonal Markets, is heading to The Bond on Saturday 2nd September!

The line-up of street vendors heading to Digbeth includes What the Cluck, Yardbirds, FEED Fried Chicken, Greidy’s Wings & Strips, Filthy Butties, Bad Boy Wings, The Neighbourhood Coop, Only Jerkin and Hope You’re Hungry and Urban Cheesecake!

Plus, there’ll be plenty of alcoholic, soft and hot drinks flowing, live music from Headrush Brass Band, and storytelling sessions from Kate’s Story Tree.

Comic Cake

Now it’s *officially* Great British Bake Off month, pretend you’re on the hit show right here in Digbeth at The Big Birmingham Bake!

The latest theme is Comic Cake, where you’ll create an edible illusion with a 2D comic style cake – are you up for the challenge?

The Old Crown’s 655th Birthday

The Old Crown has a BIG birthday coming up in September – and so to celebrate Birmingham’s oldest pub turning 655, there’ll be live music from Simon Jnr, DJ Together We Are Beautiful spinning party tunes, street food in the garden and much more TBA!

The Yard Takeover

The Rainbow Pub is linking up with Wray & Nephew for the ultimate summer sendoff in Digbeth! Join them on Saturday 16th September for live music from DJ Trey and Koko Sound, and a free Wray’s rum punch on arrival!

We’re so excited to welcome the UK’s first gluten, dairy and refined sugar-free food festival to Digbeth on Saturday 16th September, with a huge range from UK based small artisan producers, offering chocolate, desserts, savoury snacks, street food, soft and alcoholic drinks, and more!

Plus, there’ll be talks and demos from nutritionists and industry professionals, giving their top tips on how to make delicious food without gluten, dairy or sugar!

Another brand new addition to the Digbeth events scene is the UK’s first ever keto, low carb and diabetic friendly food festival, on Sunday 17th September at The Bond!

Join a host of artisan producers, offering delicious low carb chocolate, desserts, savoury snacks, street food and drinks, along with talks from nutritionists and industry experts!

Birmingham’s Craft & Flea

Looking for a unique twist on a traditional craft market? Look no further than Craft & Flea, as it’s BACK in Digbeth on Sunday 24th September with a huge array of products from illustration to vintage bric-a-brac, plants to jewellery, sustainable products to food, ceramics to candles and so much more!

Stalls have been handpicked by organisers to guarantee high quality, on-trend products – you definitely won’t want to miss!

Zumhof presents Oktoberfest

Bringing Bavaria to Birmingham, Zumhof’s Oktoberfest is set to be BIG, with live music from Heavy Beat Brass Band along with resident DJ Luke McGovern, a Bavarian host and dancers, bratwurst eating competitions, confetti drops, keg tapping, merchandise and much more!

Each ticket includes entry, a 2 pint stein of bier and a freshly cooked pretzel – fancy dress and lederhosen is encouraged!

Saturday 30th September

Bavarian Brunch Oktoberfest

Another spot hosting an Oktoberfest spectacular is Luna Springs – promising to be “zehr wild”, they’ll be hosting a Bavarian Brunch from 3pm-5pm, with 90 minutes of bottomless booze, an Oktoberfest themed dish and music from a funky oompah band!

Then, come 8pm-11pm, the Oktoberfest evening celebrations will commence, with plenty of steins and a Bavarian band to be enjoyed – you’ll be stomping on the tables before you know it.
